Pioneer Planner Privacy Policy

Effective October 7, 2026

Pioneer Planner does not collect your data. Everything you enter stays on your iPhone and, if you leave iCloud Backup on, in your own iCloud account. The app has no accounts, no analytics, and no advertising, and we cannot see anything you put in it.

What the app stores

The app stores what you enter: your commitments, ministry preferences, plans, logged hours, Bible study counts, and the name you choose to put on a schedule you share. It is saved in the app's own storage on your iPhone.

iCloud Backup

When iCloud Backup is on, the app keeps a copy of your commitments, plans, and hours in your private iCloud storage so it can be restored on a new iPhone. That copy is held by Apple under your Apple Account and is not accessible to us. You can turn this off in the app's Preferences.

Calendar

If you allow calendar access, the app reads your events so it can plan around them, and can add your ministry sessions to a calendar you choose. Your events are read on your iPhone and are not sent anywhere.

Notifications

Reminders are scheduled on your iPhone. Nothing is sent to a notification service.

Sharing a schedule with a partner

If you choose to send your schedule to a ministry partner, the app creates a link containing your name as you entered it, the times you are free, and the times you plan to be in the ministry. It does not contain the names of your commitments. The link goes only where you send it.

The link points to a page on this website, but the schedule is carried in the part of the link after the # sign, which browsers and apps do not send to a website. We never receive it. As with any web page, our hosting provider may record standard request details such as an IP address when the page is loaded.

Tracking and third parties

The app does not track you, contains no third-party code, and shares no data with anyone.

Deleting your data

Deleting the app removes its data from your iPhone. To remove the iCloud copy as well, open Settings, tap your name, then iCloud, then Manage Storage, and delete Pioneer Planner's data.

Children

The app collects no information from anyone, including children.

Changes

If this policy changes, the new version will be posted on this page with a new effective date.
